The prices quoted for the products available on the website are all inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rates and do not include delivery, packaging or other charges, which will be added to any order you place.
Although we endeavour to keep the prices on the website up to date, we reserve the right to change them at any time.
All product descriptions and images on the website are provided in good faith but are for illustrative purposes only and there may be slight variations in product color, packaging design or specifications.
The information provided to our customers is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition or disease, nor is it intended to prescribe or substitute for professional advice. 4. Resale of Products
You agree and acknowledge that the Products are for your personal use and that you may not sell or resell any products or services, or samples thereof, that you purchase or receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in a violation of our terms of sale.
5. Online Orders
When you place an order online, you are assisted throughout the process by simple instructions on the website. You place your order for goods on the website by clicking the "Checkout" button at the end of the online ordering process.
We will send you an email confirming your purchase and providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been charged to your credit/debit card. This is not an acceptance of the order on our part.
A shipping confirmation email, including a tracking code, will then be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. The acceptance of your order and the conclusion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have shipped the products to you.
We will retain legal ownership of the products until they are delivered to you. Legal ownership of the products will revert to us immediately if we refund any payment for the products to you.
To cancel your order after it has been shipped, you must contact us at email@example.com.
If we cannot provide you with the products you ordered, we will cancel your order and inform you as soon as possible. We will give you a full refund if you have already paid for the products. This may be because (i) the product is out of stock; (ii) because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product; (iii) our inability to obtain authorization for your payment; or (iv) due to unexpected limitations on our resources that we could not reasonably have anticipated.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel or terminate any order at our discretion and without cause.
All card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses or does not authorize payment to us for any reason, either in advance or after a payment has been made, we will cancel your order and notify you in writing (which may include an e-mail).
All products will remain our property until we have received full payment for them. Legal ownership of the products will revert to us immediately if we refund such payments to you.
7. Product Delivery

We will deliver the products according to the delivery option you selected during the ordering process. All delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you upon delivery. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products if the delay or failure is caused by a third party or is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
If the products are returned to us by the delivery company, we will refund the products, but we reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the product.
8. Acceptance of Goods/Returns and Refunds
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or return the goods in accordance with the returns policy and procedure. If no such action is taken, we will not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
